Stradling Welcomes Former Head of Dorsey’s Southern California Corporate Group

(Newport Beach, CA) – Stradling Yocca Carlson & Rauth LLP announced today the addition of Parker Schweich as a shareholder in its Newport Beach office and a member of the firm’s Corporate and Securities practice group. He was previously a partner in Dorsey & Whitney’s Orange County office and head of its Southern California Corporate practice group.

Christopher J. Marino Elevated to Shareholder

Davis Malm is pleased to announce that Christopher J. Marino has been elevated to shareholder, effective January 1, 2016.

Mr. Marino concentrates his litigation practice on shareholder disputes, corporate governance, securities, real estate, construction and development, employment relations, contracts, and insurance coverage disputes. He also advises clients on general business matters, including business formation, contract negotiation, and employment matters. Mr. Marino was named a Massachusetts Super Lawyers Rising Star from 2008-2015. He is an active member of the Boston Bar Association and serves as a Trustee for the Lupus Foundation of New England.

Devon A. Kinnard Presents at the CCUA’s Lending Network Meeting

On January 13, Davis Malm shareholder Devon A. Kinnard presented at the Cooperative Credit Union Association’s (CCUA) Lending Network Meeting. Mr. Kinnard’s half-day presentation focused on Member Business Loans.

Mr. Kinnard focuses his practice on a variety of commercial transactions, including commercial loans, private securities offerings, private equity capital raises, joint venture and syndicated financings, mergers and acquisitions, and transactions arising out of the day-to-day operations of businesses.
