On June 14, Davis Malm shareholder Paul L. Feldman will serve as a panelist for the New England Real Estate Journal’s (NEREJ) 2017 Summit: Cannabis in Commercial Real Estate 2.0. Mr. Feldman will discuss changing laws as they affect real estate, financing, and zoning in the emerging cannabis industry. The purpose of the event is to discuss the future of the cannabis business and how investors and property owners, as well as legal, insurance, and financing professionals have a role in the fast growing industry. Mr. Feldman’s panel will be moderated by Jim Borghesani, president of PrimePoint Media and spokesman for Yes on 4; Tim Keogh, CEO of AmeriCann; and Anthony Caiazzo, director at The Wellington Group.
