Attorney-at-law Inga Klimašauskienė read a practical lecture for lecturers and students of the Faculty of Economics of the Vilnius University. The topic of the lecture was “Business secrets and their legal regulation”. During the lecture Inga Klimašauskienė presented what information can be regarded to be a commercial secret, the importance of protection of commercial secrets and their protection in business and labour legal relations, aspects of conclusion of employment contracts with employers, the essence and purposes of non-competition agreements and a possible legal liability for illegal use of commercial secrets, breach of non-competition and confidentiality undertakings.
