Get The Shifts, a Clare-based start-up that has developed a platform for temporary staffing has been purchased by the Irish recruitment company, FRS. Hannah Wrixon, founder of Get the Shifts, was represented by Holmes O’Malley Sexton LLP who successfully closed the acquisition deal.
An ambitious and high achieving Limerick student has been awarded our Holmes O’Malley Sexton LLP Scholarship at the University of Limerick (UL).
We have awarded the scholarship annually for over two decades. The bursary was endowed to Law and Accounting student Brian Daly from Kilmallock in recognition of his outstanding academic performance.

In recognition of this, on 15th January 2021 the Government published the National Remote Work Strategy (the “Strategy”) which aims to ensure that working remotely will be a permanent feature within the Irish workplace.
