The seemingly relentless passage of state privacy legislation continues as Connecticut enacts its own comprehensive consumer privacy regulation. On May 10, 2022, Governor Ned Lamont signed into law An Act Concerning Personal Data Privacy and Online Monitoring (CTDPA).
