Connolly Gallagher Welcomes Alan R. Silverstein and Regina S. Schoenberg

Alan R. Silverstein has joined the firm as a Partner in the Intellectual Property Litigation and Delaware Business, Commercial, and Corporate Litigation practice groups. Alan has extensive experience in commercial and complex litigation, with a focus on patent litigation, trademark litigation, and trade secret litigation. In addition, he has regularly represented clients in contract disputes and business tort matters in both Delaware and federal courts. He is experienced with all phases of litigation including large-scale electronic discovery and managing scientific experts. Alan earned his J.D. from Temple University Beasley School of Law and a bachelor of science from Ursinus College. Alan is a member of the American Intellectual Property Law Association and the Richard K. Herrmann Technology American Inn of Court.

Regina S. (Gina) Schoenberg joins the firm from the Delaware Department of Justice where she served for ten years as a Deputy Attorney General. Most recently, Gina served as the Deputy Director of Consumer Protection in the Fraud and Consumer Protection Division. In that role, she handled a wide variety of consumer protection matters both locally and nationally. In addition, since 2014 she served as Chair of the Senior Protection Initiative, a role in which she was a liaison between the public and State agencies serving Delaware’s older adults and persons with disabilities. Gina earned her J.D. with honors from the University of Baltimore School of Law, and a B.A. with honors from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. Following law school, she clerked for the Hon. Joseph R. Slights, III in the Delaware Superior Court. She serves on the boards of Children and Families First of Delaware and the Siegel Jewish Community Center.
