Multiple law-making concepts were successfully implemented in 2015 and formalized as legal acts including certain important federal laws that have already affected the practice or recently entered into force.
Present update introduces the most significant amendments which will affect business entities starting from this year.
(1) Possibility of using template charters for LLC:
- a legal entity is entitled to use template charter by means of adopting respective decision and upon notification of the registering body;
- legal entity acting pursuant to template charter will be entitled to adopt decision on its abolition and approval of a new charter on a general basis.
