November 3, 2014 — On December 3, 2014, in Montréal, Quebec’s Ordre des conseillers en ressources humaines agréés (Order of certified HR advisors) will be holding RDV Relations du travail, an annual meeting of labour relations experts. Philippe-André Tessier, himself a member of the Order, will be speaking on managing concurrent psychological harassment complaints. Focusing on psychological harassment, he will be addressing the management of files raising questions that fall within the jurisdiction of several administrative tribunals.
