Landmark judgment in a successful case against BLRT Grupp

The Supreme Court did not grant leave to an appeal in cassation lodged by BLRT Grupp AS (“BLRT”), resulting in the final entry into force of the judgement of Tallinn Circuit Court of 14 June 2013 according to which the resolution not to submit claims for damages against members of the supervisory board adopted at the general meeting of the shareholders of BLRT in February 2012 was void due to a conflict of interests.
