McSharar To Speak at DRI Seminar

Janet McSharar, the Chair of the Health Law Practice Group, has been appointed to the faculty of the 2013 Nursing Home/ALF Litigation Seminar presented by the Defense Research Institute.  This annual seminar will take place September 18-20, 2013 in Scottsdale, Arizona.  Ms. McSharar is scheduled to speak at 4:15 p.m. on Thursday, September 19.  Her presentation is entitled “Standard of Care in Long-Term Cases.”  Ms. McSharar will share her insight into the definition of the standard of care in the aging services industry and how to use the appropriate standard in the defense of long-term care cases with the seminar attendees.  More…
