Arnstein & Lehr Chicago Partner William J. Anaya recently authored two additional articles on hydraulic fracturing, which currently continues to be a popular topic in the state of Illinois.
Mr. Anaya’s first article, titled “Bill Anaya: Administrative record key in fracking permit process” was published in Springfield’s The State Journal-Register newspaper. Mr. Anaya’s second article, titled “Hydraulic fracturing in Illinois” was published July 13 in The News-Gazette of Champaign-Urbana. This article was an opportunity for readers in east central Illinois to gain insight in to the Illinois Hydraulic Fracturing Regulatory Act, which Governor Pat Quinn signed into law last month.
