Hurwitz recently completed a supplement to his chapter, “Commercial Real Estate Transactions – the Mortgage Lender’s Perspective,” in the treatise, Commerical Real Estate, published by the Illinois Institute of Continuing Legal Education (IICLE). Mr. Hurwitz has been the author of the chapter and supplements for several years. The chapter, as supplemented, is scheduled for publication in late spring 2013.
