Chicago attorneys author chapters in IICLE’s 2013 Real Estate Litigation handbook

The Illinois Institute for Continuing Legal Education (IICLE) recently announced publication of its 2013 Real Estate Litigation handbook in which several Arnstein & Lehr Chicago Partners and Associates authored chapters. Those attorneys and chapters are Recission (Chapter 1), Daniel I. Schlade and Samuel H. Levine; Reformation (Chapter 2), Suits to Quiet Title in Real Estate (Chapter 4), and Suits to Partition Interests in Real Estate (Chapter 5) Hal R. Morris, Jenifer H. Caracciolo, Katelyn R. Letizia and Julie A. Meyer; Defenses to Commercial and Residential Mortgage Foreclosure Actions (Chapter 8), Samuel Levine and Daniel I. Schlade.

The handbook provides practical guidance for handling all aspects of real estate litigation. The book can be ordered online through IICLE’s website.
