We’re almost at the end of March already – 2013 is really flying by, isn’t it?
We’ve had another busy week here at the ILN, with sending out the registration materials to our members for the 2013 Annual Meeting – which happens to be our 25th Anniversary Meeting! And we’re headed back to where it all started in 1988: London. I can’t wait – we have some really special celebrations planned!
But in the meantime, let’s look at the top content for this week over at ILNToday:
- Attention youth sports coaches: Pay attention to Ohio’s “Return to Play” Law from McDonald Hopkins: As we head into spring (we hope!), youth sports really start to pick up – this is a must-read.
- Cut-Resistant Gloves in Restaurants, Delis & Grocery Stores — Not a Clear-Cut Requirement from Epstein Becker & Green: Are cut-resistant gloves really required by OSHA, or just a good idea? Find out in EBG’s latest.
- Ohio Statehouse Update – Week in Review from McDonald Hopkins: See McDonald Hopkins top five subjects you should know in their latest statehouse update.
- A Victory For Employers Facing Wage-Hour Class Actions: U.S. Supreme Court Closes The Door On An Oft-Used Plaintiffs’ Scheme To Avoid Federal Jurisdiction from Epstein Becker & Green: If you’re an employer who might face a wage-hour class action, this latest from EBG is a must-read.
Happy Friday!
