Robin Trupp
Arnstein & Lehr Tampa Partner Robin S. Trupp recently wrote an article that was published in the January issue of Horse Sport International. His article, “The Burdens of Responsibility,” highlights the importance of the role of those accountable for the care of horses, primarily the trainers. In his article, Mr. Trupp cited two matters involving doping allegations of horses by their trainers.
