The board of the Estonian Bar Association elected TARK GRUNTE SUTKIENE senior associate Hannes Vallikivi as the deputy chairman of the professional association.
In addition to duties arising from to the Bar Association Act and its internal rules, Hannes Vallikivi as the deputy chairman will be responsible for external relations of the organisation, participate in relations with other legal institutions and academic circles and deal with issues concerning the aptitude and in-service training of attorneys. Hannes will also be responsible for issues related to money laundering and prevention of terrorist financing.
