On 12 February 2013 came into force the Federal Law dated 11 February 2013 № 8-FZ “On Amendments to the Civil Code of the Russian Federation and the Federal Law “On Noncommercial Organizations” (hereinafter – the “Law”). The Law introduced amendments into provisions governing the legal status of non-profit organizations in the form of associations and unions.
