Arnstein & Lehr’s newest issue of the Intellectual Property Newsletter for Winter 2013 has been printed and is ready for circulation. The issue includes articles on foreign copyrighted works, the Supreme Court’s ruling on patentable subject matters, the PTO’s pilot program for trademark specimens, and clarification by The Federal Circuit on proving inequitable conduct as a defense to an infringement claim.
