Arnstein & Lehr Miami Partner Susan E. Trench was quoted in a Daily Business Review article, titled “Morningside condo project approved by city.” The article discusses a decade-long battle between neighbors about an eight-story residential building north of downtown Miami. Ms. Trench comments on the Class II special permit that now gives the developer the right to build the 63-unit project, and that the contract he has to buy the development site is contingent on obtaining the necessary approvals to start construction.
