Arnstein & Lehr Chicago Partners John L. Ropiequet and Christopher S. Naveja have published an article entitled “Fair Lending Developments: Testing the Limits of Statistical Evidence” in the American Bar Association Business Law Section’s law review, The Business Lawyer. The article covers federal enforcement efforts and private class actions, which assert claims in the fair lending arena during the past year under the Fair Housing Act and the Equal Credit Opportunity Act as part of the Annual Survey on Consumer Finance Law. Mr. Ropiequet is co-editor of the Annual Survey, which covers all significant developments in consumer finance law on a national basis, and also co-authored the Introduction to the Survey.
