Dr Marek Jezewski (Partner in Kochanski Zieba Rapala & Partners) is the author of a commentary to the Common Commercial Policy of the European Union to the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union. The collaborative study edited by professor Andrzej Wrobel has been published by prestigious publisher Wolters Kluwer Poland.

In his commentary dr Marek Jezewski focuses on new developments of the Common Commercial Policy of the European Union after the entry into force of the Treaty of Lisbon, including the new issue of the EU investment protection policy. The commentary also deals with problems in the relationship between external and internal EU commercial policy.

Dr Marek Jezewski – Partner in Kochanski Zieba Rapala & Partners. He specializes in the field of international arbitration, particularly investment arbitration and international commercial arbitration. Dr Marek Jezewski is a recommended arbiter at the Court of Arbitration at the Polish Confederation of Private Employers Lewiatan. He is also Adjunct Professor at the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Cardinal Stefan Wyszynski in Warsaw, where he lectures on International Economic Law, International Investment Law and EU Economic Law. He is the author of the leading Polish monograph on International Investment Law. He is also the author and coauthor of numerous publications, published both in Poland and abroad. For several years he represented Poland in the work of the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law participating in works inter alia on the rules of transparency in international investment arbitration.
