Arnstein & Lehr Miami Partner Randall L. Sidlosca was quoted in a March 30 article in El Sentinel, the Spanish version of The Sun Sentinel. The article, titled “Visas in exchange for investing millions,” discusses the increase in construction projects that are looking for financial backing by way of the EB-5 investor visa program. It also describes the “ground breaking” of the EB-5 project – The Professional Center at Riviera Point – by Riviera Point Holdings, Mr. Sidlosca’s client. Mr. Sidlosca comments that the popularity of EB-5 visas has risen because employers are looking for ways to finance projects, and they have found that EB-5s work for the interest of both parties since the funding will help develop the project and the investor can settle here legally.
