TARK GRUNTE SUTKIENE has been joined by Dr. Romualdas Drakšas, professor of administrative and criminal law

The Dispute Resolution practice group of TARK GRUNTE SUTKIENE has been joined by professor of administrative and criminal law and doctor of social sciences Romualdas Drakšas, who will take the position of a special counsel. Attorney-at-law Dr. Romualdas Drakšas has over 14 years of legal work experience in representing legal entities and natural persons in administrative cases, as well as in criminal cases of financial character.
“Providing a full range of legal services in the field of business law, we see the need to advise on issues of administrative law and issues of criminal law of financial character, therefore, we hope that having Romualdas Drakšas as a member of our team will enable us to offer professional assistance to our clients in these fields, too”, the Managing Partner of the Vilnius office of TARK GRUNTE SUTKIENE Eugenija Sutkienė says.
Beside private legal practice, Romualdas Drakšas is also actively involved in scholarly and academic pursuits– he has been teaching in university for over 12 years, currently he gives lectures in the Department of Administrative Law and Procedure and the Department of Criminal Law and Criminology of Mykolas Romeris University.  Romualdas Drakšas has written a number of scientific articles and monographs and is a co-author of several textbooks on criminal law.
