Employment relations – advising client on various aspects of employment relations with both Russian and foreign employees of the client’s representative offices throughout Russia, representing client before civil jurisdiction courts in labor disputes.
Negotiations with counterparties – participating in written correspondence and meetings with client counterparties, preliminary checking of the client correspondence with counterparties upon request.
Legal support in moving to another airport – full range of legal services in case of transfer of flights to another airport, including negotiating new and terminating previously concluded agreements, resolution of disputes with counterparties.
It is worth noting that special working group formed to support companies particularly from aviation industry includes five experts of corporate, commercial, litigation, tax and real estate and construction practices of the firm.
