Lidings became GM’s legal counsel in Russia

Lidings, a leading Russian law firm dedicated to advising foreign companies on all aspects of Russian law becomes the legal counsel of the world’s major automotive company GM Motors in Russia.

Currently the priority areas of cooperation are the issues of corporate law, handling complaints and court representation.

In 2010 GM has soled 159 376 automobiles of all brands in Russia becoming the second largest car distributor present in this market. General Motors is part of the GM Auto, an automobile assembly factory in Saint – Petersburg with production capacity of 60 000 vehicles per year.
