Lidings unveils innovative new remuneration policy for senior associates

Lidings has developed and introduced remuneration policy for senior associates including a new bonus and reward package.

In a move directly aimed at recruiting highly qualified lawyers to meet ever growing international client demand, senior associates will now be rewarded on the basis of new business development, as well as billable hours.

With plans to recruit up to seven lawyers over the next two months, the strategy is intended to allow all associates to invest more time in marketing and business development, as well as managing existing workloads.

Managing Partner Sergey Aksenov said: “Our objective is to allow goal-oriented and enterprising lawyers with experience of working with international businesses the opportunity to drive their own career development within their specialist expertise – as well as having a direct influence over their total remuneration.”

Lidings currently advises more than 140 foreign companies across 24 countries, and is the only law firm focused on providing legal services to foreign business.
