On March 23, Davis Malm attorney David Rapaport led a Boston Bar Association Continuing Legal Education program titled, “Current Challenges In Disability Discrimination Cases And The Interrelationship Between Disability Benefits And Discrimination Claims.” In this roundtable discussion, Mr. Rapaport focused on challenges facing plaintiffs in disability discrimination cases and the effects of recent changes in the Americans with Disabilities Act.
Mr. Rapaport concentrates his practice in employment law. He counsels clients in all aspects of employment law and litigation including discrimination in the workplace. He also counsels executives and corporate clients on negotiated severance agreements, the implementation of company policies to help prevent claims, and the creative use of alternative dispute resolution techniques, such as mediation and arbitration. Mr. Rapaport regularly teaches MCLE Employment Law Programs and speaks at seminars offered by the Massachusetts Bar association and the Boston Bar Association.
